The sweetener cyclamate, which is extremely versatile due to its properties, has the lowest intensity of sweetness (35 times sweeter than conventional sugar) among the sweeteners approved by the EU. Extremely heat-resistant, storable for long periods, calorie-free yet with excellent flavour, cyclamate is used as a sugar substitute in many food products and beverages and is consumed in over 90 countries. 

The sweetener saccharin is one of the oldest known sweeteners on the market and has a level of sweetness that is 550 times higher than conventional sugar. Stable under both heat and freezing conditions, free of calories and beneficial for teeth, the sweetener is found in the most diverse food and beverage products and is ideally suited for cooking and baking.
